Why is my child's play record not uploading to the Progress Log in the Learning Lodge?
Answer
Please note the Progress Log can only be used for specific products and only with specific content. The Progress Log can only be used for the following items:
1. InnoTab
2. V.Reader
3. MobiGo
4. Tote & Go Laptop (Web Connected)
If your child is playing one of the downloadable activities from the Learning Lodge, then the Progress Log will not be updated as this function is not supported.
If you think there is a problem with your child's play record not being uploaded to the Progress Log, please email our Customer Support team at toys@vtechcanada.com, and include the details of your problem.
